Daskalaki grifos

It is an unfiltered wine from the Cretan variety, Liatiko for lovers of natural wines! After being fermented with indigenous yeasts, it remained with the marc for 30 days in a ceramic jar, and spent 4 months in oak barrels to find its way to our table! Its color is light ruby, while on the nose the aromas that prevail are those of the Mediterranean countryside herbs, dried flowers, but also peach jam, dried plum, and candied fruits. It goes well with red meats, ribs with Greek spices and yellow cheeses.
