Daskalaki grifos

A unique organic Vidiano that was fermented with indigenous yeasts in a ceramic jar and remained for 3 months in oak barrels. In appearance, it has a bright yellow color. The nose is dominated by aromas of peach, apricot and tropical fruits, notes of citrus, white flowers and herbs. In the mouth, it is rich with very good acidity. It goes well with large grilled fish, pies, grilled poultry and fatty cheeses.
