Dougos-Rapsani old vines

Medium purple color in appearance. On the nose, aromas of red fruits, strawberry, cherry and sour cherry with a botanical (incense) and floral character are distinguished. The use of American and French oak barrels resulted in a very interesting complexity and richness of aromas, such as aromas of coconut, vanilla, cinnamon and clove. In the mouth it is elegant, with medium to full body, dense structure, tight tannins, crisp acidity, flavors of red fruits with a background of cinnamon and herbs.
It goes well with grilled beef or lamb, cooked meats with rich red sauces, traditional Greek dishes, giouvetsi, moussaka, mature cheeses.
