Santo wine nyxteri

Lemon color with golden hues. On the nose it really impresses with its complexity as beyond the expected saltiness and minerality (brittle stone) that we expect from a Santorini it highlights aromas of nuts, honey and all this with aromas and flavors of yellow ripe fruits such as quince. In the mouth oily and “buttery” with exuberant full body, high but balanced acidity and characteristic saltiness.
It accompanies seafood, shellfish, shrimp, octopus, fried fish, white meats and dishes with strong flavors.
