In appearance it has a light yellow-green color, with fine bubbles with intensity and resistance to time. On the nose, aromas of lemon blossom, agiosperm, jasmine, rose and hesperid flowers are distinguished in combination with aromas of honey and aromas of brioche and tsoureki. In the mouth, dry with crisp acidity and flavors of citrus fruits, baked toast, tsoureki and dough.
Ideal as an aperitif, it also accompanies excellent raw seafood, sushi, soft cheeses and fruit salads.
