Pale salmon color. The nose reveals intense floral notes reminiscent of citrus blossoms, such as lemon, rose and jasmine, as well as a fruity character reminiscent of cherry, pink grapefruit and orange blossom. Dry in the mouth, with pleasant flavors reminiscent of Turkish delight, rose, cherry, orange blossom and grapefruit. It has a long aftertaste and balanced acidity.
It is an ideal accompaniment to Chinese, Thai and generally Asian cuisine, sushi, shellfish, shrimp, salmon, seafood risotto, mushroom risotto, cool summer salads and fruits.
