Xatzidaki-Skitali Santorini

A special Santorini that stayed 12 months in contact with the lees and gave this wonderful wine. On the nose, mineral hints are absent and we distinguish aromas of peach and lemon thyme. On the palate we have the perfect acidity and a very pleasant and long aftertaste. It accompanies shellfish, fish, seafood, pasta and risotto with seafood sauces and white cheeses.
