Zoinos-Zitsa

Bright medium ruby ​​in appearance. The nose reveals aromas reminiscent of small red forest fruits, cherry, sour cherry, blackcurrant and dried plums, as well as black pepper. The use of a barrel gave it aromas of sweet spices and vanilla that evolve into chocolate and cocoa. In the mouth it has high crisp acidity, low alcohol, medium body, soft velvety tannins and flavors of small red fruits with notes of vanilla and a peppery aftertaste.
Goes well with grilled red and white meat or with red sauces, game, goat, lamb, giouvetsi, cheese platter, meat pie, mince pie.
