Dalamara-Naousa

In appearance, it has a ruby ​​color. In the nose, it has the typical characteristics of Xinomavro with aromas of tomato, tomato paste, olives that ideally complement the aromas of fruits such as ripe plum and black cherry. However, it is also distinguished by the aromas of cinnamon, spice and tobacco in combination with botanical hints. In the mouth, it is rich with well-worked tannins, high acidity and flavors of ripe red fruits and tomatoes.
It goes well with grilled red meats, fillets with fruit sauces, turkey or duck in red wine sauce, lamb and goat on the spit or in the oven, aged cheeses.
