Certainly its single-varietal composition and the wine’s 6-year aging in barrels make it unique and special! The American and French barrels give it a full flavor with characteristic aromas of raisins, vanilla followed by aromas of caramel and chocolate. It is drunk as an aperitif or at the end of a meal. It accompanies desserts with dark chocolate and hazelnuts, fruit tarts, ice cream and nuts.
