Daskalaki psithiros

A small-fruited and aromatic treasure is this clone of Muscat that takes its name from the village of Spina in Crete and impresses anyone who tastes it! Wine with special aromas of white-fleshed fruits, grapes, exotic fruits such as pineapple, ginger and hints of flowers. In the mouth it has balance and a long fruity aftertaste. It accompanies fruit and vegetable salads, vegetable pies, risottos and oily fish.
