Ktima Vivlia Hora sole vidiano

It comes from the Cretan variety Vidiano, which was planted and ideally adapted to the slopes of Mount Pangaio, with a small contribution of Assyrtiko. It has a bright greenish-yellow color, while the nose is dominated by aromas of apricot, pear, which blend harmoniously with aromas of herbs and citrus fruits. Its taste is rich, full, with excellent structure, refreshing acidity and velvety texture. Enjoy it with fried or grilled fish, chicken schnitzel and varieties of yellow cheeses.
