100% Limniona, a rare variety with finesse and delicacy. It has an intense red color, the nose is dominated by aromas of cherry, small red fruits and notes of violet. In the mouth, the fruity profile is confirmed with sweet spices, a distinctive barrel well integrated and with several round tannins. It accompanies duck, baked fatty fish, fresh and aged gruyere cheeses.
