EOS Samou-Anthemis

An impressive wine with a deep orange color and copper-tone highlights, which testify to its 5-year aging in oak barrels. Aromas of honey, honeycomb, butter caramel, spoon sweets, cherries in alcohol, dried fruits and nuts, with a background of cocoa and chocolate, compose a particularly complex and dense aromatic profile.
It goes excellently with baked sweets, aged yellow cheeses, tarts and desserts with nuts, fruit tarts, foie gras with sweet quince or fig and ice cream.
